	Change of Pace-- More people seem to be adhering to the belief that the U.S. economy has entered a "New Era," characterized by increased productivity growth rates. Why can't the same be said for other industrialized countries then?
Wobbly Oligopoly-- It remains to be seen whether OPEC's recent attempt to drive up prices at the pump will be successful. Judging by the track record of other cartels, though, it doesn't stand a chance.
