Vacation: The Bank provides at least two to three
weeks of paid vacation to all full-time employees.
Holidays: Employees receive 10 paid holidays each
year.
Health Insurance: As a Fed employee, you have the opportunity to choose from a variety of health plans to meet your needs. We offer 5 options: three Premier Provider Organizations plans, one Health Maintenance Organization and one Exclusive Provider Organization.
Thrift Plan: Our Thrift Plan gives you an opportunity
to contribute to both a savings and a deferred compensation
account. Better yet, the Bank contributes 80 cents for every
dollar you invest, up to 6 percent of your income. After five
years of service, the Fed will match your contributions dollar
for dollar, up to 6 percent.
Educational Assistance: The Bank reimburses 100 percent
of tuition, book and course fees (up to an annual maximum)
for employees enrolled in an approved degree program.

monthly pension based on final salary, years of service and
